Are you burned out, not knowing how to find yourself again – grieving for w and how you were? Are you struggling to make the shifts that help you engage in the Are you bworld with more equanimity and healthy boundaries?
Life is paved with constant challenges and changes, sometimes subtle, others sudden and dramatic - from beginnings and endings to gains and losses. These encompass anything from bereavement to declining health; from the ending of a relationship and the future which you envisaged, to the many changes that come with elderhood.
At any age, adversity can so ‘rearrange’ us - turn us inside out and upside down - that we feel the sands shifting beneath our feet, losing our sense of self. But, as life changes, we may need to change too, and these transitions can be challenging to navigate. Anxiety, illness, confusion and fear can make much seem insurmountable.
I know that for me, being seen, heard and witnessed had a profound effect. And in my practice, I have experienced the growth of my clients as they are companioned in the unfolding of what they bring to our sessions.
As a mother, and carer for an elderly loved one, I have particular experience working with issues from within the context of love, loss and intergenerational caring. I bring sensitivity, warmth, empathy - even humour - and much life experience to my work with clients.
