I provide short and longer-term counselling depending on your needs. This can be discussed and agreed during our first session, then regularly reviewed throughout our time together. My work is fully supervised and insured.
I am of Spanish and Italian heritage. I speak both languages, though typically our sessions would be conducted in English, my native tongue.
£60 for one hour. I offer limited concessionary spaces for carers in receipt of Carer’s Allowance – i.e. those caring for 35+ hours a week. This helps me to express my values in a world where all kinds of carers are so readily undervalued.
